Refund policy

At Java City, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure the best coffee experience possible.

Because our coffee, teas, and beverage products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped, delivered, or picked up.
This includes:

  • Packaged coffee, teas, and beverage bases

  • Single-serve pods and pour-over packets

  • Syrups, sauces, and mix products

  • Equipment and accessories

No Refunds

All sales are nonrefundable.
Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The wrong item was sent, or

  • The product arrived damaged or defective due to a shipping error.

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Under California law, businesses are required to post their return policy clearly prior to sale.
