Italian Roast
Carrying the aroma of an Italian cafe, our Italian Roast is a blend of Latin American and African varietals. The East African coffees add extra body and a lively, citrus flavor to balance the smoky aroma of this dark roast, while preserving some of the acidity of the fine Latin American beans.

Did you know? Beans “Pop” twice during the roasting process. The first pop occurs after approximately 14 minutes of roasting and is usually the signal that the beans are in their lightest stage. The second “Pop” occurs at around 20 minutes and sits close to the darkest range of roasting available.
