Colombia Supremo
Our most popular single-origin coffee. Smooth tasting and well-rounded, it’s perfect to enjoy morning, noon or night. Java City sources only hand-picked, large coffee beans found on the steep slopes of the central and eastern cordilleras (mountain ranges). From the central cordilleras we bring back the high-quality Medellin bean which is considered to be one of the best coffees from Colombia, noted for its full-bodied heaviness, rich flavor and balanced acidity. Java City also sources coffees from Bucaramanga, which is the most northerly part of the Eastern cordilleras (around Bogata) and produces coffees with low acidity and sweet yet mellow, well-rounded flavor. We keep our eyes, ears, and noses to the spoon (so to speak) to find the best beans each harvest and make sure that our Colombia Supremo is always…. er, Supremo.

Did you know? Colombian coffee continues to be grown and processed mostly on small family farms. Although regionally designated coffees are hard to find, they’re the remaining links to archetypal Colombian flavor.
