Over the last 25 years, flavored coffees have grown in popularity. Developed originally for first-time coffee drinkers, the category has grown to include a wide array of sweet and nut-based flavored coffee varieties.

Java City uses light roasted Latin American varietals exclusively for flavored coffee. These varietals are carefully selected for their neutral, balanced flavor and then light roasted to be readied for flavoring. The beans are quickly transferred to a sealed flavor-room where the beans are coated with specialty flavoring for 24 hours. To preserve the intensity of flavor, we pack and nitrogen flush the coffee within this sealed environment.
