House Blend
Much like a wine maker, we take single origin beans from Central America (mostly Costa Rican and Mexican) and roast them to their optimal shade. Then after they have cooled and settled, we blend these beans together to form a rich medley that gives hints of acidity from the lighter roasted beans, depth of flavor from our medium blend and finally a touch of smoke from our French Roast. The result is a medium-bodied and well-balanced cup with hearty overtones and a subtle hint of caramel.

Did you know? Our roasters are cupping coffee everyday of the year. Whether they are performing quality control on our current roasts, or tasting new beans from our partners during harvest, there is always a lot to cup here at Java City.
