Vienna Roast
Vienna Roast is slightly darker than a medium roast. Java City selects only strictly hard beans (grown at high altitude) from Latin American and blends them prior to roasting for a balanced, consistent flavor profile. Natural oils speckle the surface of the coffee beans after a Vienna roast, indicating this unique roast profile.
