Brazil Santos
We source this varietal directly from coffee estates located in the Santos region of southern central Brazil, where smaller quantities of the Bourbon variety of Arabica coffee beans are carefully cultivated. The best coffees come from the young trees whose small, rounded beans produce excellent cup qualities, fine acidity and natural sweetness. The result is a smooth, well-balanced and mellow-bodied brew.

Did you know? On average, Brazil produces one-third of the world’s coffee. Much of this coffee is bland as a result of low topography and outdated harvesting methods, but certain regions, such as the mountainous Santos region, produce excellent varietal coffees with exceptional individual character and taste profile.
