Our Coffees: Espresso

Espresso Valeroso
Certified Organic. We take single origin beans from Central America Fair Trade Certified™ coffees and roast them to their optimal shade. Then after they have cooled and settled, we blend these beans together to form a rich medley that gives hints of acidity from the lighter roasted beans, depth of flavor from our medium blend and finally a touch of smoke from our French Roast. The result is a medium-bodied and well-balanced cup with hearty overtones and a subtle hint of caramel.

Did you know? Fair Trade provides an alternative trade model that aims to keep small farmers in business by organizing them into cooperatives linking them with coffee importers. Fair Trade rules guarantee a minimum price that farmers are paid for their coffee, helping them to afford healthcare and education while providing assistance in housing for their families and farm workers. The rules and membership of Fair Trade are managed by the non-profit certification group, Transfair USA.
