Cafe Modello
Cafe Modello is an artful blend of beans from the finest estates around the coffee belt. It's a well-balanced melange of coffees: earthy Indonesian beans combined with the subtle and intricate coffees of renownes estated in Central and South America.

The resulting brew is an inspiring medium roasted cup, smooth and full in flavor, leaving a touch of chocolates and nuts on the palate with a note of pleasant acidity that gives it a vivacious finish.

Did you know? Some beans are blended before we roast them so that their distinctive flavors and aromas can intermingle and develop together under the heat of the drum, while others are blended after roasting so as to merge the different coffees with differing roast profiles for a better cup.

This coffee is formerly known as Caravali Caffe Modello.
