Café Del Corazon
Certified Organic. Cafe del Corazon, meaning "coffee from the heart", is from the Central American country of Nicaragua and is Fair Trade Certified. Grown on volcanic slopes above 3,000 feet, these beans are a great expression of how good Central American coffees can be. Full of heart and soul, Fair Trade Certified coffees support the coffee growers, their community, and the environment.

Did you know? Fair Trade provides an alternative trade model that aims to keep small farmers in business by organizing them into cooperatives linking them with coffee importers. Fair Trade rules guarantee a minimum price that farmers are paid for their coffee, helping them to afford healthcare and education while providing assistance in housing for their families and farm workers. The rules and membership of Fair Trade are managed by the non-profit certification group, Transfair USA.

We light roast this coffee to preserve its exquisite natural flavors: delicate notes of citrus and a hint of nuts and chocolate.
