We ship all our order via UPS. We have many options including Ground Shipping, 2-day Air, and Next Day overnight. We apologize but we are unable to ship internationally or to APO and PO boxes.

Free shipping in Sacramento with a $10 purchase* within 50 miles of Java City corporate headquarters; zip code 95834. *$10 purchase is product value before tax and shipping.

Shipping Time

All orders are shipped within one business day of order date. Using UPS Ground shipping, most orders shipping to the east coast take approximately five business days.

Java City wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should any of our products not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Care team at 877-528-2289. We will arrange to have the product replaced or we will refund the full purchase amount.

If you would like to return an item, please contact our Customer Care team and we will issue a complementary pick-up via UPS. Once we receive the item back, we will refund 100% of your purchase price. Please do not return coffee, tea or other perishable items.

Canceling Orders

Should you need to make any changes or cancel your order please call Java City Customer Care as soon as possible at 877.528.2289 from within the US , Monday-Friday 6am-4pm PT.

UPS sends out a shipment confirmation with tracking information when your order has shipped. Once this has been sent, it is too late to make any changes to the order.
