Order & Shipping Confirmations

Whether you place your order online or by phone and provide your email address, you will instantly receive an order confirmation from Java City in your inbox. Should you need to make any changes please call Java City Customer Care at 877.528.2289 from within the US , Monday-Friday 6am-4pm PT.

UPS sends out a shipment confirmation with tracking information when your order has shipped. Once this has been sent, it is too late to make any changes to the order.

Signing up for the Coffee Club

With Java City Coffee Service (JCCS) you can enjoy the special treat of getting your freshly hand roasted Java City coffees or your favorite exquisite Bewley’s Teas delivered right to your door just when you need them.

All you have to do is to set up your JCCS account, choose your favorite coffee and how often you need it shipped and we’ll make sure that your ‘hot off the roaster’ bag of coffee gets there just when you need it.

You can also set up your account through your order. At checkout you can copy the items you ordered and set up your coffee club account right at that time, you can always modify your cart at anytime to suit your needs and tastes!
