Setting up an account
When you place an order or sign up for the coffee club you can save your billing,
shipping, and credit card information by creating a password with the order.
Your user name to log in is your email. Just log in next time you are shopping
to quickly retrieve your information and add/edit items to your cart or club.
We securely store your information, and absolutely do not share it with anybody
else.
Your computer must accept cookies in order to save or access your account
information.

Updating your account
To update your account simply log in. Upon
log in you will be prompted to work within your online account. You can
- Place an Order
- View Your Existing Coffee Club Account
- Manage Your Account Information
- Reset Your Account Password
- Update Your Email Address

If you have forgotten your password,
click here and we will send it immediately
to your login email address.
If you are having difficulty logging in, here are some pointers:
- Your Java City password is case-sensitive. Please check to be sure CapsLock
is off.
- If you have a number in your password, and are using an extended keyboard,
please make sure NumLock is on.
- Are your cookies enabled? If your computer does not allow cookies, you will
be unable to use or access any account information.
