JAVA CITY GLOBAL

Javanists are coffee linguists because they love the language of coffee and because it is spoken everywhere in the world.  Coffee is a passion, born in Ethiopia, that traveled through the Mediterranean, Europe, and then the World.  In the heart of Dublin, you will find the aroma of coffee roasting inside Bewley’s Café on Grafton Street, speaking a similar dialect.  Bewley’s, our sister company, has a rich tradition of bringing cafés and great coffee to the people of Ireland and beyond.  Today, you can also find Java City cafés in a limited number of locations in Ireland and on the continent. 

Our outpost Eastern Asia, South Korea, boasts no less than nine prestigious Java City cafés.  As the passion for slow, hand roasted coffee continues to grow, it’ll become even easier to find a Java City in this exotic Asian land.
