"How long does it take to post my miles to my SkyMiles account?"
Up to ten days. SkyMiles members receive email notification when the miles post to their accounts.
"What do I do if I forget to enter my SkyMiles number after I place an order?"
Contact Customer Service at 877-528- 2289 and they will gladly update your profile. Remember, you can always manage your account by clicking here.
